Cancellation Policy:
Clients can request to cancel a service agreement within 2 -5 days of the agreement date by completing our prescribed cancellation form on our website. Please note that certain services offered with promotional discounts during special occasions such as Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year cannot be canceled or refunded.
Additionally, services such as domain name registration and domain name transfer cannot be revoked. We also cannot refund any fees paid for administrative or installation charges. Refunds will only be issued if a client cancels a service more than 2-5 days after payment.
Refund Policy:
Each service Zelasoftinfo offers a unique process and resource allocation. Thus the refund policy differs from service to service. As a result, we cannot provide refunds for services that have already been completed. No refunds for administrative fees, installation charges, or taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies will be provided. We also cannot offer refunds if a service is canceled due to violating the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions section.
Please note that same-day delivery services are exempt from our refund policy. We cannot be held liable for delays or service disruptions due to third-party involvement.
